Document validation
We verify that the receipt complies with the current technical standard, that the issuer's digital signature is correct, and that its Digital Seal Certificate is valid and not revoked.
We hold an authorization from Mexico's Tax Administration Service (SAT) to certify Digital Tax Receipts over the Internet (CFDI). This page publishes our authorization details and the scope of the services we render in that capacity.
Published in compliance with the obligations that apply to authorized CFDI certification providers.
An Authorized Certification Provider is a company the SAT empowers to certify, on its behalf, the digital tax receipts issued by taxpayers. Without that certification a CFDI has no fiscal validity.
We verify that the receipt complies with the current technical standard, that the issuer's digital signature is correct, and that its Digital Seal Certificate is valid and not revoked.
We assign the fiscal folio (UUID) and apply the SAT digital seal. That set of data is the "stamp" that turns the document into a valid CFDI.
We return the certified receipt to the taxpayer and transmit it to the SAT within the deadlines set by the authority.
We retain certified receipts for the period the regulation requires and keep the infrastructure available with redundancy and business continuity schemes.
This section describes the PAC figure in general terms. The applicable rules are set out in the current Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal and in the technical documents published by the SAT.
As part of the obligations we assumed when we obtained the authorization, we offer a free CFDI generation application available to the taxpaying public.
The link to this application is published on the SAT website, within the official list of authorized certification providers, so that any taxpayer can find it and use it at no cost.
On the SAT portal, under Proveedores autorizados de certificación de CFDI, the list of PACs is published together with each provider's link to its free tool. Ours appears there, associated with authorization 56179.
Beyond the free application, we provide commercial stamping services to a range of customers, software vendors and invoicing products that need to certify CFDI documents at volume.
Among the products that rely on our stamping infrastructure is Facturador.com.
